Thanks, Kevin. I'm somewhat embarassed, as I did not use any lighting setup, so your attribution of hard work is, I fear, a little misplaced. I have this house with full floor-to-ceiling windows, and was using natural morning light, diffused by the fog that has hung over the bay for the last week in the AM. I used the camera's meter, either spot or center weighted, with manual bracketing when I thought that was insufficient, as was the case with the wreath & red roses.
...I would be interested in knowing the shooting parameters of these shots, what lenses used, etc...
I was using the 1DMII, and three lenses; the 50mm f/1.8, 100mm f/2.8 Macro, and my newly purchased 16-35mm f/2.8L. Most important was the Manfrotto tripod that allows nearly infinite positioning flexibility. As I said before, I made a cheesy PVC pipe frame and welders clips to hang backgrounds (<10 min fabrication time, <$10). All cases used low f stops, 2-6, & long exposures at low ISO for better quality. I was using the low f stops to help hide the imprefections in the background and give the soft focus effect the customer is looking for.

Here is my senario
I am in my 6th year of H1 which expires in Aug 2007.
I have my Labor (PERM) and I140 aprroved from my current employer.
I would like to tranfer my H1 to different employer .
can we apply for tranfer and 3 year extension of h1 to new employer with approved current labor(PERM) and 140(approved)
or should I need to tranfer my h1 forst and wait till FEB 2007 to apply my extension with approved labor(PERM) and 140 (approved ) from my current employer.
I really need your advise on this issue.
please help on this gurus.

If the offer is good you can take it .but your new employer has to start the PERM process immediately and you have every chance that labor and i140 will be approved so that you can file for 3 yr extension.
You can also keep the PD if your employer will not cancel the i140 once you leave the company and your new i140 is approved before they cancel.
You cannot apply the extension for 3yrs with new employer as your labor and i140 are tied to old employer.

Approved I-140 is good enough for applying for three year extension. I don't think there is any rule to wait for 365 days after I-140. I guess the 365 day rule is for pending labour.

my lawyer sent mine on july 27 (normal no premium) and on october 10 i got an email from USCIS that my application is approved, yesterday got email from lawyer that he received the approval.

I have heard that your FP/biometrics does not have anything to with EAD.
USCIS has its own guideline of issuing EAD within 90 days. Since there was heavy work load after July, they issued without FP. For the EADs issued without FP, they are re-issuing EAD with FP.:)

If company is filing, EB1-OR is easier than EB1-EA. EB1-EA can be self-filed but harder to get. There is another category of EB1 I think for managers which I am not familiar with.
