My Attorney mailed 225 Packages via DHL shipped at June 30 12:00 EST on Saturday, I was 5 minutes late so mine went on 4:00 PM FEDEX.
I dont why FEDEX guys are delivering yet they said will eb delivered by 8:00 AM on Monday but their website shows "Estimated delivery Jul 2, 2007 by 10:30 AM" it is 10:30 already and there is no update yet(may be they don't have enough trucks to carry all the application to DOS).

It will move in July for sure. It has to. I am guessing there will atleast 40k visas available for the last quarter.
I am guessing it will move to Dec 2002. A bunch or guys will be happy with that move.

When I joined Company X (prior employer) I paid for H1b transfer fee and h1b renewal fee(total $3200 + $3000).
They agreed to sponsor my green card(just to give required paperwork) and they asked me to pay GC cost, So far I have paid $1500 for labor +$1700 advertisement + $1700 for I-140 + $3750 just now to file I-485 for me and for my spouse as dates were current to my lawyer . I have labor and I-140 approved from Company X.
I was compromising my personal life by staying away from my family and company X didn't find any client near to my home. I decided to stay at home hoping Company X will find some client near to my home. I was on a bench(no salary for a month).When I asked for a "employment letter "to file I-485 Comapny X said they can't give because they are
not paying me , I said I will resign and then you give me "future employement letter". I resiged Company X( i found company Y near to my home), in 10 days they cancelled my H1b visa without informing me, gladly I found Company Y and H1b transfer took place before they could cancel my H1b. Company X is reluctant even today to give future emplyement
letter.They are ready to do corp-to-corp, for that I have to pay them H1b tranfer cost of $3200(as my prior h1b got cancelled by company X) . I don't beleive its worth going back to them , but at the same time never wanted to lose $8650 green card cost. however i m feeling better now seeing the drama on immigration portal june visa bulletin thread...not that i am a drama monger.. but seeing drama between two professionals really spices things up.. why else are boxing and wwf interesting

Started with New Hampshire senators (state where I live). The person from senator Gregg's office interestingly heard to what I said and took my message and details. Said that he would pass it on to the Senator.

guys new to this forum. Was in another forum. But here is the real deal.
Its not a question of blood sucking etc...i know, i was very involved in my company. The real reason for delaying the I-485 process is the company has to really disclose a lot ( i mean a lot) of its financial information about itself to USCIS,( including the latest tax returns) etc..
A lot of small business do not want to do that as they differ their taxes for years. Tax differment is not new ( read about News Corp). These companies do not want to get into these situations.

Write letters to Ombudsman, USCIS, DHS, Senators. Keep writing until they listen
Somebody gave a red at "05:13 AM" with comments: "letters..stupid idea?" - I am not here to become famous and become IV-CEO or something :-) so red does not matter. This is height of someone's frustration though ...instead of coming up with some idea - just criticize other's ideas..and that too at 5AM in the morning (or around that time in different timezone)..you must be a manager dude :D

Thats right. I don't see any issues with EB1 or EB2 movement, For gods sake EB2 came to 2005, EB1 is current. It is funny when the other poster said we need to work for EB1 also(It is current, what else you want to do there?).
I feel IV has to concentrate on EB3 now. Period.
That should not be the case. It should just concentrate on EB3-I. Period Because that is the only category that has to wait for centruries to get any movement.

Please dont mix priority date with quota.
spouse's priority date will be the same as primary priority date.
We are discussing about quota here.
I know Spouse's PD will be same as Primary's PD . But good for people who filled 485. If person has latest PD let says Aug 2007 (Eb2 india ) .. Under Eb category he may be able to file 485. But dependent may not be able to file 485 as Family quota is backlogged. Family quota also has PD and category. Under which category spouses of primary will fall ? F2A ? F2B ? do you know this ?
